I have so many memories of your songs and of your experiences writing them! I still have notebook paper with 20 or 30 of them written down from that time. But I do wish that I had recordings of them. right now they’re in my head and are very happy memories. When talking about artistic inspiration, I have often retold the story of riding in your VW bug when a song would hit you and you frantically asking me to find a piece of paper. I would dig something out of the depths of my backpack or purse and you would just start spouting words. I would quickly write them down and hope to hear them in full form later. Thank you for bring these memories back in such vivid color and taking me back to that time for a visit. P
